Terrible service and management team, we stayed here 2 nights with two cabins rented and planned on staying a third night, they double booked our rooms and decided we should leave for the new guests to have one of our rooms. They packed our bags and put them outside instead of even bringing them to another safe place, also took all the linens off the beds and towels so even the second cabin was not usable. This place should be avoided at all cost unless you don't mind them going through your belongings or leaving them out for someone else to enjoy. worst experience possible.
We booked a cabin at Cougers Den back in July and received a confirmation that the cabin would be reserved for the nights of September 21-22 2018. When we arrived the door code we received would not work so phoned the office and was told they didn't have a cabin for us although we could get a cabin for one night but not the second night. No apology or anything. Emailed them the reservation confirmation we received in July the next morning as we didn't even get a sorry the evening before did get a sorry out of that eventually. Will never stay here or recommend them absolutely a could care less attitude!
